  • Pricing: Prices for products are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and are subject to change without notice. The price you are charged will be the price at the time you place your order.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash on delivery, bank transfer, and online payment through secure payment gateways. All payments must be received and confirmed before processing your order.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery Area: We offer delivery within Da Nang. For orders outside this area, please contact us to inquire about shipping options.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery is typically within 1-3 days of order confirmation. For custom or large orders, delivery may take longer, and we will notify you of the estimated delivery time.
  • Delivery Charges: Delivery fees will be calculated based on the size and location of your order and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that production has not already begun. After this period, cancellations or modifications may not be accepted, especially for custom cakes.
  • Custom Orders: Custom cakes and other personalized products are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Refunds: We offer refunds only in the event of damaged or incorrect products, provided you contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days.
  • Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is an issue with the quality or fulfillment of your order.

  • Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate order details, including the delivery address, special requests, and payment information. We are not liable for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
