  • Custom Orders: For custom cakes or other personalized products, we encourage you to place your order at least 48 hours in advance. Customization options are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the design and complexity.

2. Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including cash on delivery, bank transfer, and online payment through secure payment gateways. Detailed instructions will be provided at the time of order.
  • Payment Confirmation: Orders are considered confirmed once full payment is received. If you choose bank transfer or online payment, please allow for processing time.

3. Pricing and Taxes

  • Pricing: All prices listed on our website and in communications are in Vietnamese Dong (VND) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery Area: We currently offer delivery within Da Nang. For orders outside of this area, please contact us to inquire about shipping options.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery is typically within 1-3 days for most orders. For custom or large orders, delivery may take longer. You will be notified of the expected delivery date at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delivery Charges: Delivery fees may apply depending on the location and size of the order. These charges will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

5. Cancellations and Changes

  • Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that production has not already begun. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted due to the time-sensitive nature of our products.
  • Changes to Orders: If you need to modify your order (e.g., change the design, flavor, or delivery details), please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Returns and Refunds
