  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    Available for local orders within Da Nang. Payment is made in cash at the time of delivery. This is a simple and secure option if you prefer to pay in person.

  • Bank Transfer
    You may pay via bank transfer by transferring the total order amount to our designated bank account. You will receive the necessary account details upon placing your order. Please send a copy of the payment receipt to htmthu2412@gmail.com to confirm your order.

  • Online Payment
    For added convenience, we accept payments via secure online payment gateways. This includes credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, etc.) and other online payment methods, depending on your location. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors.

2. Order Confirmation

  • Once we receive your payment (for bank transfer or online payments), your order will be processed and confirmed.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we will confirm your order by phone or email, and delivery will be scheduled accordingly.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full Payment Required: All orders must be paid in full before processing. For orders made via bank transfer or online payment, we will begin production or dispatch once we receive and verify your payment.
  • Payment Timing: For orders made with bank transfer or online payment, please ensure that payments are made promptly. If we do not receive payment within 48 hours of placing the order, we may cancel or delay the order.

4. Pricing and Taxes

  • Product Pricing: Prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND). All prices are subject to change without prior notice. You will be charged the price at the time of order placement.
  • Taxes: All applicable taxes are included in the final price of the order, as per Vietnamese laws and regulations. Any tax changes will be reflected in the total price at checkout.

5. Payment Security

  • We take the security of your payment information very seriously. For online payments, we use secure third-party payment gateways to process your transactions, ensuring that your payment details are kept safe.
  • We recommend that you do not share your payment details with anyone other than through our secure payment channels.

6. Currency and Exchange Rate

  • All transactions are processed in Vietnamese Dong (VND). If you are using a credit or debit card from another country, please be aware that currency exchange rates and foreign transaction fees may apply, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Order Cancellation and Refunds

  • If you choose to cancel your order after payment has been made, the refund process will depend on the timing of the cancellation:
    • For orders cancelled before production begins, a full refund will be issued.
    • For custom orders that are canceled after production has started, the refund may not be available, or it may be subject to a partial refund based on the work already completed.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days depending on the payment processor.

8. Non-Payment or Failed Transactions

  • In case of a failed transaction (e.g., an unsuccessful online payment or bank transfer), we will notify you immediately. It is your responsibility to resolve any issues with your payment method and confirm payment to avoid delays in processing your order.
  • If we do not receive payment or confirmation within the required time frame, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
